As Dylan Byers notes, the un-edited video doesn’t show Romney’s amazement at the hoagie terminals — though he appears to be a big fan. Romney used the terminals as an example of private sector innovation that government could copy. Romney expressed his amazement with the disconnect between the private and public sectors in this regard. This post’s subhead has been updated to reflect that.
