JeremiahJohnson1 10 months agoRegardless of your own politics, if you follow politicians and elections you have to respect that ad as one of the mosthard hitting and effective ads in quite some time. There is no come back to if because it’s all true. How can Romney possibly defend keeping his money in off-shore accounts to avoid taxes in the States, especially when he now refuses to release his tax returns. The guy is toast and I bet a lot of republicans are wishing they had someone else. I think the smart Republicans stayed on the sidelines for 2016 and let Romney be the sacrificial lamb. And the folks on here that thought that was our National Anthem are pretty typical of your average Romney voter.

I know the Romney side is trying to say its disrespectful or it attacks success. But the Reps need to ask “who did they nominate?” this time. Dems own the narrative as long as he doesn’t release his tax returns. Hell his own father hurts him.

elizabethb7 10 months ago@jterrier5. I happened to work for a company that advised one of those international companies that benefitted from the stimulus package. I don’t recall the exact details because it was years ago, but to qualify they had to set up a company in the US, use a majority percentage of US steel and other parts, invest a very large sum of money in the US such as buying land, hiring US workers, buying vehicles for transportation, etc. We the United States greatly benefitted from those international companies setting up shop here.

i guess if one didn’t know the truth about the outsourcing ads that the President is running and the fact that the President’s stimulus dollars went to foreign countries, it would be an ok ad. but because i read, the ad is a big FAIL. stupid ad, actually.
