Mental illness abounds. Some of the comments here are almost as sick as this kid.  It's estimated 17% of Chinese adults have some form of mental illness. Globally thats 3.4 sick for every 100 people, China alone… 1.31 bil / 6.53 bil = 20%

He has no soul. Who could do that to a cat. They should put him through a meat grinder and make him into wet cat food. Ok, that might be a bit harsh…maybe just his hands.

YES!!! Assuming they have the right person, this is the best news I've heard in a really long time. I don't even have the words to describe what I feel when I think about a person who could be this horrifically evil. Clearly, whoever is responsible should be permanently incarcerated so that any possibility of harming another animal or a person is completely eliminated.
