      This video inadvertently serves as a reminder that, strictly as a rapper, 2Pac was not in Biggie’s class. Not even close. This is a minute and a half long, and after 30 seconds or so Pac has run out of things to say that actually rhyme and just starts ranting and saying “fuck you” over and over again.
