Tell Us About Yourself(ie): Nat Faxon

The actor and star of FX's Married takes our Q&A!

What's your wallpaper on your phone and/or computer?

Picture of my daughter on the beach in Hanalei Bay.

When you walk into a bar, what do you typically order?

    A smoky-ass scotch.

What's the one word you are guilty of using too often?

"Totally" or "Gotcha" (terrible I know)

What is the last thing you searched for on Google?

What the hell a meme is.

Who is the last person that called or texted you?

    Wife or writing partner.

What was the last awkward situation you were in and how did you handle it?

I farted in a public place and then blamed it on someone else who had just left. I suck.

When is the last time you went to a theater?

Movie theater? A few weeks ago. To see a play? Sadly a year or so ago.

What TV show should everyone should be watching?

Married? (I know...gross. But for the first time in my career I would love to do a second season of something, thus the shameless plug)

And what is your TV guilty pleasure?

I pretend to read the newspaper while my wife watches The Bachelor.

What's the first album you bought?

I think Simon and Garfunkel Live at Central Park. It was a cassette tape.

What music are you currently listening to?

The same shit I've been listening to forever. Reggae, folk/bluegrass, the dead, jazz, the stuff on Morning Becomes Eclectic.

What is the one food you cannot resist?

    Bacon.

What movie makes you laugh the most?

The documentary about the band Journey made by NFL Films in 1983 entitled, Journey: Frontiers and Beyond.

    What drives you absolutely crazy?

When people don't signal while driving.

    Pick one: Kittens or puppies?

Either (I know you said pick one, but I can't ok?!)

    New York or Los Angeles?

    LA

    Comedy or drama?

To me they are kind of the same so I am going to go with both. At the same time.

    Bacon or Nutella?

    Bacon (again)

    '80s or '90s?

'80's (what the hell happened in the 90's?)

    Hannah Montana or Lizzie McGuire?

    Neither...?

And finally: tell us a secret.

    Improvising still scares me.

Married airs Thursdays at 10pm on FX.
