They don’t look THAT different, just like they need a good nights sleep for the most part.
They’re so…normal. And I’m glad to see the comments (at least page 1) didn’t yield all the “ugly bitches” comments that I had expected. Good job, BuzzFeed people.
I hate this latest fad in photo-retouching - messing with the lighting and contrast until everyone looks like washed-out mannequins with sparkly skin. There’s no need to go that far. Stop when you hit beautiful.
To this day, three of my female friends (single or married) continue to wear some makeup in bed because they don’t want their boyfriend or husband to see how they really look like without makeup. Their justification is that their boyfriend or husband fell in love with them when they were wearing makeup. In the beginning, I thought that was funny but, it still continues today which I now find as sad. To each their own, I guess.
Julie looks Extra asian without makeup.
Sharon looks like the crypt keeper of course.

most of them look better without except sharon, she looks like an orange county housewife.
I see that Aisha Tyler looks almost the same without makeup as she does with it on.
The third one looks like one of the ugly old witches in fairy tales.
Julie Chen looks younger without that makeup. These ladies look fabulous makeup-less. Personally, I’d love to have a special lady who didn’t wear makeup.
