NBC: “Community Is Coming Back”
Greendale fans, rejoice! NBC execs finally clear the air: “Community” isn’t canceled, and will definitely be coming back. Let’s all breathe a collective sigh of relief.
NBC Entertainment President Robert Greenblatt spoke to The Daily Beast earlier this week and is quoted as saying:
“Community is coming back. We just had to get some stuff moved around for midseason, but it’s not going anywhere. I can’t say anything about next season yet, but the fact that people think it’s gone … I need to fix that.”
Guess that means that Troy, along with the rest of “Community” fans, can all stop crying now!

A Noun a year agoRemember, NBC is now owned by Comcast — the people who think Seacrest’s Kardashian franchise is the bestest, most intellectual programming ever. (Comcast also owns E!) They have no grip on what people really want to watch and they never will; they just go with lowest-common-denominator. In the case of Community, scream at Comcast. Often. Tell them it’s good and you want it. A lot.
