Invisible Children just unleashed their their follow-up video, “Beyond Famous”. Their latest is a mere 20 minutes long and for some strange reason Jason Russell is absent from it completely.
It seems unlikely that this video will go as viral as their first, which currently has at 86 million views. What do you think?

zacherym a year agoOh hey look, they’re actually talking about Africa and things going on there, instead of Jason Russell and his blond kid. Funny how radically different this one is in tone and proposed action. I’m glad to see it’s no longer about Americans getting the American military to go help the poor, helpless Ugandans. Though they still try to skirt around the issue of Kony’s agenda. The Lord’s Resistance Army’s goal and purpose is to make Christianity the law of the land. They aren’t directionless marauders.

monkthemonkey a year agoThe fact that they had to make a part 2 is proof of how ineffective the first part was. Is Kony still out there? Yes. Will he still be when part 10 comes out? Yes. because videos going viral don’t actually translate into action. We have enough problems here at home.
