There’s also a special place in hell for people who slutshame! Also, I’m team Tina and Amy and not a fan of Taylor AT ALL, but it’s rumored that she keeps getting dumped because she won’t put out. But who cares, even if she is a serial dater? And getting laid? There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. Good for her, get that famous diq.

Shannon Stewart 3 months agoMaybe she WAS joking and everyone just wants to hate on her SO much, they assume she’s taking this seriously. This sounds like sarcasm to me. If it was any other person, I think everyone would assume sarcasm.

Taylor Swift’s quote (of a quote of a quote) has been taken out of context - it was hardly a direct attack. THAT SAID, Tina and Amy were very mild on Taylor and I think Taylor might want to consider that when she uses that quote in the future. She herself is in no way supporting other women (in this case two wonderful female comedians in a male dominated field) when she fails to find the ability to laugh at herself. Pick your battles, Taylor. This one is a lost cause. Also - Tina and Amy’s responses are bang on. I really hope Taylor uses this as a life lesson… she has a lot of maturing to do (but she is hardly a lost cause).

Who has called her slutty? I have never once heard that as an attack against her. And she hardly fought back (no more so than a kitten), though I agree that she was coherent. I’ve heard her called immature and clingy, etc, (both of which appear to be true based on her music), but no more so than any other girl her age. I have no hate for Taylor Swift, she just better learn to roll with the punches and pick her battles. Tina and Amy mildly making fun of her (as they did many people - that was their job) was hardly a case of women attacking women. It just shows that she’s young and naive. Tina and Amy should be role models to her… strong women that have made it in a male dominated field. And they have not stomped on other women to do so.
