  • You're quick to say I assume, but then quickly make your own assumptions.  This country has a lot of problems. It seems that both parties have some type of solution for most of the issues we face today as a nation. One solution might be better, yes, but ultimately assuming it doesn't create bigger problems, I couldn't care less who fixes the issues, as long as their fixed.  Obama represents the Democratic party. I'm sure, personally he's a cool guy, and maybe if he'd had his way, everything would have been fixed.  When it comes time to judge the performance of HIS administration, he takes the heat. He's the front man, the “manager” per se.  Would you prefer if I said, “Obama and Obama's Administration have been a massive disappointment to the American people that voted for him, and the American people that didn't.” Why don't you find some other hairs to split. FFS.

  • Conor, Conor, Conor. Are you serious?  You're bragging about having voted for Obama? “Constitutional Law Professor?” First off, he was adjunct faculty at best, that little title you're mouthing off about is a commonly used exaggeration. It takes about 30 seconds on the Internet to find that he was stretching when he used that title. Secondly, considering how poorly his administration has performed, I think it'd be best if you took your “Obama '08” bumper sticker down.  You can only root for the losing team so long before its just plain funny. Lastly, did you seriously just use the R-word to describe someone that's actually mentally handicapped? Wow, dude. Party foul.

  • You've developed quite an elaborate situation to make your point.  Lets be real here, do you think that this law was passed, because the police were bored, and wanted something else to do with all of their free time? The reality of the matter is simple. Currently, AZ has a MAJOR problem with illegal aliens. To be fair, a lot of them are probably staying out of trouble, and trying to fly under the radar. On the other hand, there is obviously a lot of crime directly related to illegal aliens. Both groups, are using state funded services everyday, and don't pay for them (via taxes); they go to our schools, use our hospitals and travel our roads everyday. This law was not passed so that AZ can become a “Police State.” This law was passed because there is a major problem, that has been mostly ignored by the Fed gov't. I wouldn't hold my breathe for the check points, random strip searches. This law enables police to approach someone that seems illegal based on their activities, associations, appearance or even gut-feeling. If you're a legal resident then there is no problem. Sure anyone might get stopped, flash your ID, and you're good to go. This law allows Law-Enforcers to do their job, and clean up AZ for citizens of the USA. Hispanic, Black, Asian and White citizens alike.

  • Perhaps you're trying to be clever with your sarcasm? I'm not impressed.  Fox is incredibly conservative, but you're right… just about every other news outlet is very liberal. My point was, watching TV isn't a very good method of researching political campaigns. No matter where you look, you're getting a skewed perspective.  In reference to your post script: making excuses doesn't change the situation. The Democrats have owned the gov't since he was elected into office. There is no excuse to have so little accomplished.  I'm neither republican or democratic, I just state the obvious.  Perhaps its time to branch out from CNN and see what other people think of your super hero.  Obama Backers Show Signs of Disappointment Obama Approval Rating

  • What amazes me, is that you consider watching the liberal media a balanced and unbiased medium to “follow the campaigns.” What amazes me even more, is that now, after seeing first hand what kind of president he's turned out to be, you'd STILL vote for him again.  This isn't about race, this is about the undeniable fact that in his term as a president, Obama has done nothing he promised to do. Other than increase our debt by a trillion dollars, and buy up private sector businesses. There is a reason that Democrats are shitting their pants as 2012 approaches. Obama was a major failure. Even they KNOW it and are currently scrambling to find more campaign funds, in the hopes that a financial buffer will save them from an increasingly unpopular president.

  • You know, the Internet is a funny thing. It's truly unforgiving. After an outrageous statement like that, its shocking how quickly your own peers will jump down your throat.  Unfortunately, you'll find that back-paddling and trying to turn this around on those peers, is a pretty weak response.  “You guys are dumb… I didn't REALLY mean what I just said… you're dumb for thinking I was serious.” Perhaps that works on idiots, but don't peddle that ridiculous crap around here. Man up, take a little responsibility. Admit when you make a mistake and move on. My god, you sound like a manipulative woman.

  • “A ruptured kidney and the attendant thoracic trauma is significantly more humane than killing her, I think any fair observer would agree.” — Are you serious? The fact that you're rationalising your the sick and excessively violent temper tantrum aimed at this lady, because this lady doesn't believe what you believe is a pretty good indicator that you've got some MAJOR issues. Bear, I've read A LOT of your comments over the last year. I have tell you, in total honesty… you should probably think about getting some help. You are incredibly violent, and have a MAJOR ego complex. You claim to be educated, yet everything you say, sounds as if it originated from a egotistical ignoramus that can't stand that anyone else might not share your self proclaimed flawless morals. Left, right or middle aside, I think you should seriously look into getting some help.

  • OMG… are you all serious? You're wishing DEATH onto someone that put duct tape on a cat? Sure I like cute little cats, dogs, and any domesticated animal. Granted, I wouldn't ever do this to one of them. But, you're wishing the person that did this to be tortured and killed. Kind of ironic, really… it's ok to torture and kill a human, because he was a meanie to a kitty. For pete's sake, think about what you're saying.
