I recently applied for an Assistant Store Manager position, I have almost 5 years as a STORE Manager and a couple years as Middle Manager/Assistant and a degree in Business Administration. You know what they told me? We thank you for your time but we’re going to look for someone with better qualifications. And this job only pays $35,000/yr!? Who the hell do they think they’re going to find with that?!
