I think the point of the article was that we were to feel for his family. That they had to watch his death live, etc. You are way less heartless than some on here.

Um… how is this glorifying it at all? You failed to catch the point.
You’re supposed to care that his death was aired for your entertainment. And that his sister (not a career criminal and not guilty by association) had to watch it and now has to live with it. And his kids will be able to watch it one day. The lack of sympathy/empathy on here is what is wrong with the world. No one claims this man was not a criminal. But his death had impact on others (innocents) and that muct be recognized.
What was he supposed to prove? It was a rebuttal to a direct attack.
Most of us outsiders looking in have the reasoning skills to know you’re not all gun-toting crazies. But for whatever reason the gun-toting crazies have the loudest voices and seem the least able to coherently make a case for owing a gun aside from spouting the second amendment (without really understanding the full meaning of it). You do seem to have quite the gun culture down there and it does boggle the mind a bit.
He reminds me of Edward from Twilight. It’s not a compliment.
Hear hear. There are a lot of times when people judge unfairly. This is not one of them. It’s by no means abuse, but neither it is a suggested means of transport. Put the kid on your lap - it’s not hard to take those carriers off. Said a fellow parent right here.
It’s not abuse by any means. Neither it is smart. Said this parent right here.
Ummm… parent here, and expecting a second… by your standards am I allowed to judge? I get what you’re saying - there are a lot of childless douchebags (and child-ful dbags) who judge unfairly. I think it’s fair to judge here. I’m not saying we should rally a posse and hunt him down, but there seems to be some lack of foresight in this situation.
So proud he’s Canadian :)
