If you do the math, for every 8 years you’re alive, you get an extra year of time from the hours you’re not sleeping. So it’s probably worth it. Although, 3 years less is the average for anyone who sleeps less than 8 hours. Including people who get 7.5, 7, etc. So maybe not worth it? I don’t know. If people who only sleep 5 hours live 9 years less on average, then you’re probably fucked.
