Gossip Bingo

You know how in bingo they shout the numbers out but put a rhyme or phrase to it? Well imagine some strange man doing that but with a megaphone in public, and using it as an excuse to try and chat you up. Or worse, insult you. OK it's a novelty, but still... The man needs to learn some manners. He's practically shouting chivalry to death with that thing.
