Sometimes, it's more important that young women are mentally healthy than it is that they are physically healthy. Having an in-shape body is great and all, but if there's sadness and depression and low self-esteem behind it, then it can be a very very dangerous situation.

So she should endure chronic pain or other health issues simply to appear skinnier? That's ridiculous and frankly unhealthy.

Same with me. My hair is way too thick to air dry in a towel or even t shirt. I do the fan out the hair over the pillow thing too!

My boyfriend always insists on making the bed. If he comes over & my bed is unmade, he will make it. I think it's very sweet & it does make the whole room look neater.
