What is the definition of rape. When the statistics on rape were gathered, what question(s) were asked. Were the same questions asked of the men, or was the question to men changed? Was the question “Have you ever been forced into any sexual contact, or been touched in a sexual manner without giving consent?” or “Has a man ever touched you, ANYWHERE, without your explicit consent to that contact?”. See, depending on the question, the out come can have a significantly different meaning. I bet 100% of women have had a man touch them without explicit consent however, 100% of men can say exactly the same thing. The question is, does that constitute an assault. If so, we should all turn ourselves in.
When the Western World is ready to conscript and ultimately send women into battle right beside the men, we’ll talk about equality. When men have the same reproductive rights as women, we’ll talk equality. When Western governments fund men’s issues in the same manner they fund women’s issues…etc. Otherwise, I’m not interested in the topic. I would sooner help women in the Middle East (you know, were there is real oppression of women) than debate a bunch of sanctimonious children with delusions of grandeur.
Response to 9 Sexist Things That Happened At The Oscars:
It’s no wonder real sexism is dismissed. Keep crying wolf ladies.
