I believe a piece of toast or bread before you pass out works to reduce the hangover. That is, if you have not passed out.

Science Buzz Here is some science to help you through your Friday morning: “British researchers found that eating concentrated doses of carbohydrates and protein after some “over indulgence” can speed up your metabolism and provide the amino acids needed to start feeling better.”

Here's my prescription, and I'm 100% deadly serious: if you are REALLY hungover, you'll wake up early knowing it. RESIST THE URGE TO GO BACK TO SLEEP. Instead, get up, make yourself a big glass of chocolate milk (like at least a pint) and wash down two extra-strength Tylenol and three Advil. Then go back to bed. I typically wake up about two or three hours later at about 85% capacity, and I'm ready to face the day. (Don't knock it 'til you try it.)

This one always works good for me after a hard night of boozing :)
I actually respectfully disagree with science, because the hangover problems START when your body begins to metabolize stuff (and by stuff, I mean the alcohol in your system). Gatorade + fasting = survival.
Without a doubt the best fix is to get some iced tea of your choice (something with caffeine) and add a vial of ginseng extract (can be bought at Asian markets and convenience stores). 100% guranteed.
well Im glad dr obvious was part of this scientific study.
Well, that explains all those late nights at Dennys.
