It is a possibility, but a very LOW one. good grief!
and I would think it would be common sense not to eat anything an animal has had contact with regardless if they are a turtle or a dog. besides, no one eats candy hearts unless they like the taste and texture of chalk! I think you should add an awesome turt forum to your list, TurtleTimes.com
