considering all of the evidence, this is definitely a parenting issue. i mean you've got an obese child and you're actually taking the time to take a picture of your obese child choking the shit out of a kitten. as i see it this child isn't going to grow up respecting a damn thing most importantly herself. f'n shitty parents, that's what i see.
