Never mind any Cosmetic Procedures, just simple HYGIENE! Simply wash with a terry face cloth the blackheads off the nose and thick dead skin on face. (St Ives 2.99 Apricot Scrub works and is cheap!)
Then stop over plucking eyebrows and use Facial Bleach or Hair Remover for the Mustache (Nair works and cheap at 3.99 last months!).
At the least, the basics of a CLEAN Face would help!
