Are you handicapped? Let’s see - the repubs/conservatives run up the debt under bush, cause a financial meltdown and this recession and then have the chutzpah to throw obstacles at Obama’s attempts to fix this mess at every turn. Is that about right? Okay then.

Yeah? But what can you do about it, Mr, President? Can you use a shotgun to shoot some sense into the unreasonably unyielding Republicans? You have made enough concessions, let the chips fall where they may and, either default, or order the treasury to sell whatever they can to get the funds the US needs.

Politicians think the people are stupid. I guess we are since we voted in this group of buttholes.

I don’t think he would want this to be considered his best line regarding the debt crisis. Someone on Capitol Hill says this every day.

What an Ironic statement coming from Mr. Washington Establishment himself. This is all nothing but political theater. The Republicans and Obama are just playing good cop, bad cop with the American public. Because in reality, they both want to fuck over the poor, the old, and the sick as much as possible while still giving billions more in tax cuts to the rich and multinational corporations.
