Yeah… I think they were making Canada jokes due to the hockey pads. They were expressing the American idea of what a Canadian accent sounds like. There are towns called Inwood all across North America, 2 in Canada (Manitoba and Ontario), and 9 in the USA (New York, Florida, Iowa, West Virginia, Indiana, Maryland, Washington, California, and Mississippi). Canada does not have interstates, and even then, Interstates are only 3 digits long in the USA. From what I can glean off of Google, there are several “Highway 1157”s in the USA, but none match well to any of the Inwood towns.
