Tim B. a year agoRobertoo, he was deciding that the federal government should break with hundreds of years of American legalism and force states to adopt a unified marriage code. It’s a big fucking deal and I’m glad you’re so fucking ignorant on how your own government works. Obama isn’t waiting to fight it at the Supreme Court level. He wants to fight it in the legislature.
