1. Danny McBride and James Franco

How long they’ve been friends: These guys met on the set of Pineapple Express and hit it off.
What they’ve starred in together: Your Highness, Pineapple Express, This is the End
Fun Fact: Danny wrote the script for Your Highness and James’ interest in the film stemmed from his love of the fantasy movie “The Dark Crystal” as a child.

2. Jada Pinkett Smith and Tom Cruise

How long they’ve been friends: Tom and Jada were already friends before they appeared together in Collateral in 2004.
What they’ve starred in together: Collateral
Fun Fact: Tom introduced Jada and her husband, Will Smith, to Scientology. The two haven’t admitted to practicing the religion but Will has said, “I was introduced to it by Tom, and I’m a student of world religion. I was raised in a Baptist household. I went to a Catholic school, but the ideas of the Bible are 98 per cent the same ideas of Scientology, 98 per cent the same ideas of Hinduism and Buddhism.”
