“I’m about to start a real running training program (probably this one)” The link didn’t work for me :( and I’m dying to start a real training program myself so that I can run the Philly marathon with a friend. I’ve never run a marathon before and I too didn’t see myself born as “a runner” (antiquated nature-nurture discourse limited our effective freedom and imagination for identity possibilities) but I’m now convinced I’m ready to go for it. If understand it correctly, the worst case scenario is 4 meters or 13 feet sea level rise in parts of the world by 2100. Am I reading this right? Would that be enough to completely submerge NYC or the pyramids? This seems silly.
