maybe in rural Bosnia where this girl is from stray or unwanted dogs are a problem…to deal with this the puppies needed to be put down..and maybe the best way they know is drowning…since they live next to a river…drowning unwanted animals is nothing new…i'm sure those aren't the first puppies that river has seen…now as for the laughing and the way she went about doing this i might chalk it up to a form of gallows humor…using humor,however tastless it may be, as a coping mechanism to deal with the reality of throwing live puppies in a river…or maybe shes just a serial puppy killer

well they are saying on 4chan that she is from rural bosnia…which makes my guess of eastern europe spot on…i never said eastern europeans were uncivilized or said they were all poor…i'm just sayin that in some countries unwanted dogs can be a problem and most likely they don't have a better means of population control…so in these countries stray dogs are pests…and pests get dealt with ..i'm giving them the benefit of doubt that it was something that needed to be done…it's a little shocking that the girl and her friends are giggling and shit but maybe its a common thing and it just doesn't register the same way…sort of gallows humor takes place

well this isnt as badd as i thought..they arent speaking english to me they sound maybe from eastern europe…most of those countries have very bad wild dog problems..to them dogs are like rats..so it's a different mindset..in the states here people will adopt puppies…over there that just aint gonna happen..so do you let the puppies live and become a problem or die from malnutrition or disease? or say fuck it and chuck them in the river? drowning is probably the most economical and humane way to deal with unwanted puppies in her country
