thehappyhuskie 2 years agoI like it, but the context is somewhat different. In one there was a massive war going on, bombings, curfews, military law, in the other there are protests against the government regime, that are for the most part peaceful. (but i do get your point)

k94 2 years ago*Turns on news* Pro-government and anti-government protesters in Egypt openly fighting. Molotov cocktails being thrown. Shots fired. Several APCs and tanks are present. Military told people to observe a curfew and to stay in their homes. And despite all that, there are still a lot more people on the streets and in protests than in Iraq.
