#23 i do appreciate them thinking the Southern States are a separate country. It really does seem that way at times.
they didn’t go into detail why only 20 out of 24,800 were qualified, but given the Guards qualifications I’d assume poor health disqualified many of these people… Go NASCAR!!
I keep waiting for a group to come along who has enough gusto to brand themselves Families Against Gays, because at the end of the debate, that’s all they really are.
rob 1:1 … playas is playin ‘n they playin good kid
news in hampton roads reported that NFL was supporting his decision, aside the fact that they said “NFL was not ready for gay player….” face palm
go figure, when people go to bed there’s no activity, but when they wake up OMG so much going on.
I’m not up on my Ukranian politics, but isn’t this the leader that was edged out by Yuschenko a few years ago after an election fraud scandal and it was found out that Yuschenko was being poisoned?
There’s some other cause which explains the effect of so many gays who smoke cigarettes… But i don’t buy into the idea that tobacco companies are running a huge campaign targeting gays.
Excellent, glad they covered this story!!
Why is this a safety issue, when severe weather blows through satellite goes out anyway. We had tornado warnings in Virginia today and while watching twc they were talking about weather in Seattle and how the winds would affect today’s game… Fuck them
I’m surprised to hear these things aren’t taught in school. We were taught cooking, nutrition, personal finances, job searching and resumé writing. This was outside of core classes and other career-track electives.
am craving munchkins now
is he wearing a cape?
#14 maggie never cries ‘cause she’s not some whiny millennial crybaby
If you haven’t played Saint’s Row 3 either, this game is fun and funny… it pokes fun at open world games with its over the top style. Can’t wait to play the fourth.
I prefer the cutting board to span the sink, that way scraps can go right into the disposal and liquids won’t drip over the counter.
Living in Virginia it feels like being sat on by the cool state
My favorite connection is the band Pennywise totally takes its name from one of his novels…wierd (i feel like beimg an ass tonight, sorry)
#8 isn’t absurd… it makes sure that stores don’t sell dirty used mattresses as new. I’m glad they have it, and I’m pretty sure all states have similar laws.
here’s an easy life lesson to remember… “if i have to go out of my way to make sure i treat someone different, then it’s not worth my time.”
Good… I never trust a person that smiles with both their upper and lower teeth showing.
…also cause of death for anyone doesn’t imply guilt or justification. it’s just a literal statement that they died by gunshot when their death is reported. So when people are reading cause of death statistics, they need to filter the information to present an unbiased story. Slate may also deserve a trashy
While sounds awful that they lumped murder-suspects-shot-by-police in with innocent victims of gun violence, I hardly think 10 out of 6000 is an attempt to pump figures to garner support…. it’s likely an oversight in how deaths are categorized and figures relevant to this argument. Someone in his administration just didn’t think to go through the numbers to look for these circumstances… but then hey, if that’s the case we wouldn’t have something to get angry about.
“Dude Henry I don’t know”
good to know the same hair styles will be in fashion
“Angry President Yells at [Presumably] Fired Staffer for Making him Wait 44 Seconds” would’ve been a better title if you were going in that direction
The blame for this program falls on the developers in the NSA that are working on furthering their project. They’re selling their work to the government and the Bush administration cleared legal hurdles, Congress provided them funding and when the Democrats replaced the Republicans, they continued the program… This is not a left vs. right issue it’s a left & right issue… it’s overarching programs that continue to make sure there is a need for their work… simply put, they want to stay in business and both parties are equal partners in making this happen.
