9. Peter Hastings

Unlike some of the other men on this list, Spencer’s father has yet to have an affair with a teenage girl, but his secretiveness surrounding the summer Ali disappeared raised some red flags. He seemed guilty of something when he burned the hockey stick/possible murder weapon Toby found in the Hastings’ yard in season two. As we are learning from Spencer’s post-rehab/adderall withdrawal flashbacks, he is probably just protecting his daughter from a murder charge.

8. Byron Montgomery

Like Peter, Byron did not have a relationship with a teen, but he did have an affair with one of his students, Meredith. I can’t be the only one who thought he might have murdered Ali after she kept blackmailing him for his affair with Meredith. He ended up not killing her, but he still gives off major creepy vibes.

7. Gabriel Holbrook

Although he looked properly alarmed when Hanna attacked him with her mouth, Detective Holbrook still spends a lot of time chatting with her. Since this is Rosewood, I’m sure their “book club” will turn into something more as the seasons progress. Still, he hasn’t stalked the Liars like the other detectives and has yet to reveal A-like tendencies.

6. Darren Wilden

Officer Wilden starts off his creepiness in the pilot when he has an affair with Ashley in exchange for dropping Hanna’s shoplifting charges. From there he stalks and harasses the Liars, acting extremely unprofessional (this is Rosewood after all). Such inappropriate acts include taking Emily’s purse without a warrant, separating the girls from their classmates during a hurricane and interrogating minors without an adult present. Wilden also threatens Ashley numerous times, which causes her to hit him with her car. Oh and he started the fire at The Thornhill Lodge, acted as A at one point and was at Cape May with Ali, Melissa and CeCe.

5. Garrett Reynolds

In high school Garrett was part of the N.A.T. Club where they would film teenage girls through bedroom windows, making it the creepiest extracurricular activity in Rosewood. Garrett not only liked spying on teen girls, but also dating them. He started dating Jenna in season one, but his creepiness doesn’t end there. Before his death in season 3, Garrett ordered the girls to lie to the police, stole official evidence and was in Alison’s bedroom with Jenna, Ian and Melissa the night she was murdered. He was going to reveal every secret he knew to Spencer before he was killed in the Halloween episode, so he isn’t the worst out of the N.A.T. Club.

4. Jason DiLaurentis

Jason was also part of the secret N.A.T. Club and has a thing for younger girls, kissing Aria in season two. Whatever his involvement with A and Ali’s death may be, what ups his creep factor is the wall of photos of Aria in his shed. It seems that people have conveniently forgotten that scene from season two, but having a photo wall of the object of your affection definitely screams murderer. Yes, he says the roll of film was from Ali’s belongings, but we do know he likes spying on girls, so I still don’t believe his story. More recently he lied about rehab and since this is Rosewood where everyone is guilty of something, he could still be involved with the A team or Ali’s disappearance.

3. Wren Kingston

Mysteriously a doctor at age 24, Wren and his involvement with the A team or Ali’s disappearance is unclear. Don’t let the accent fool you, Wren is super creepy, not only is he a pretty unethical doctor, he kissed both Spencer and Hanna. Other instances of creepiness include, giving Melissa medication without a prescription, and authorizing Radley visitor passes for CeCe and Mona. When the Liars see the A lair they discover A was also watching Wren, so he can’t be apart of the A team, but that doesn’t make him any less sketchy.

2. Ian Thomas

Like Jason and Garrett, Ian was part of the disturbing N.A.T. Club, but his love for stalking underage girls doesn’t stop there. Ian had a secret relationship with 15-year-old Alison, kissed Spencer and then tried to murder her and was in Alison’s bedroom with Garrett, Jenna and Melissa the night she was murdered. It is still unclear his involvement with A and Ali’s disappearance, but since this is Pretty Little Liars where old plot points are disregarded and nothing makes sense, we probably will never know all of his secrets.

1. Ezra Fitz

I don’t even know where to start with Ezra. First, he has a yearlong affair with a student (who he knew was underage). Then we find out that he has been watching the Liars' every move from his creepy cabin in the woods and that he had a relationship with 15-year-old Alison. I don’t care if he isn’t officially A (which is a really dumb cop out) setting up surveillance cameras to creep on teenage girls as research for a novel is messed up. I’m pretty sure that “really going for the story” does not include sleeping with and stalking underage girls. Since he is no longer A, Ezaria fans are just waiting for the reunion, which makes Ezra even creepier.
