Marten Interupts Soccer Match In Switzerland As He Is Backed By Benny Hill.

A marten broke onto the pitch at a soccer game in Switzerland. Hilarity ensued.

During a Swiss Super League match between Thun and Zurich, a marten was able to break out onto the field multiple times and stop play. At first the little guy avoided capture until he ran onto the field for a second time, when FC Zurich's Loris Benito was able to grab him on a diving tackle. For his revenge, the marten not only gave Benito a pretty nasty bite, but he was also able to break free of the net holding him and get back onto the pitch. It came down to Benito's teammate Davide Da Costa to grab the little guy again, this time aided by the presence of his keeper gloves.

The marten must have been good luck for Zurich, as they went on to win the match 4-0.
