    But we do know what happened at the time, in this case. We know exactly what happened. There is video released by the rapists themselves, bragging about what they did to that girl. How is that okay in any regard what so ever?  How is it okay to slut shame someone who’s passed out and then violated sexually without her knowledge????? Also, it is automatically considered rape to take advantage of an intoxicated person, even if said person “consents” while intoxicated.  In this case, the sixteen year old girl was beyond intoxication. She was totally passed out, so she had no way of realizing what was happening to her at the time. What happened to her is deplorable, and it’s fucked up the types of responses people like you give.
