    This Is How I Feel About My Cellphone Provider Right Now (or The Story Of Every Cellphone Company Experience Ever)

    Today I looked at my bill and there was a $200 charge for changing my plan (to a more expensive one!). I needed more data and they don't have add-ons any more, which is the only reason I had to change it. Did it over the phone, and never once did the agent mention a charge. Nice surprise I get two months later!!

    When I opened the "Your Monthly Bill is Ready" text...

    and it was payday today...

    and I know that the charge is wrong, and that they will probably get away with it.

    At least there's one consolation until I hear back from billing...
