To be specific, this is the Montreal SPCA. Just so people know, it is a common misconception that all SPCAs are the same. They are in fact all independent organizations, independently funded. In order to benefit animals in YOUR area, donate to a local SPCA or humane society.

I ended up crying in the drive-thru at Carl's Jr.  All I can say is I hope that guy took out some security details or something, because anyone who will torture and kill your pet will torture and kill your kids, your wife, or you. Other than that, nothing to say…
