Every day, they have to be up and ready before the sun is even up.

But somehow they're able to happily greet each student as they walk though the door.

They have to keep 20+ kids focused ALL DAY, each with a very unique personality.

They take the time to research, organize, and supervise the most epic field trips any kid has ever seen.

They graciously volunteer to lead after-school actives that mean so much to the kids.
6.
No matter how long they've been there, they give every parent their undivided attention at conferences.
7.
Not to mention they're available 24/7 to answer each and every parent email.
8.
They're constantly meeting with other teachers to make sure everyone's on the same page.
9.
They have the uncanny ability to lighten up any situation...

…while consistently keeping a watchful eye to make sure the kids are working hard.

They spend DAYS getting their classroom set up and getting supplies.
12.
At times, they stay up late to thoroughly (and fairly) grade papers.
13.
They devote so much time outside of the classroom to perfecting their lesson plans...
14.
...and constantly attend seminars and classes outside of work to perfect their craft.
15.
And if a kid isn't just quite getting something, they have no problem staying late to help them out.
16.
They are full of wisdom and freely share it with their students.
17.
And in the end, all the hard work is totally worth it.
