taram14 10 months agoNot ALL products are the same / made in China etc. Tom Ford lipsticks, while pricey, are made in Belgium. They are also made of much higher quality, all natural ingredients than their drugstore counterpart. Also, I don’t think something is “better” than another because it does/does not have glitter or shine. Some of us don’t actually want that in a lipstick. I do have his lipsticks and they are like stains- they last after 1 application for hours. NO other lipstick I’ve ever used (expensive or inexpensive) have done that. For sure, there are a lot of dupes out there (esp. with L’Oreal brands and nail polishes) but sometimes you get what you pay for and I really feel that way with a lot of the TF cosmetics and fragrances. (Which are made up of 44% essential oils.)

Possibility Girl 10 months agoThen I think you’re the person they were talking to when they said, “But if you can actually justify spending $48 on a lipstick, then you’re probably the sort of girl who can’t possibly settle for anything less.”
