Tech Buzz Is Andy Dick ripping off Sixty Days with his new house arrest web series? Like House Arrest with Andy Dick, this one chronicles a dude's life while stuck in an apartment on house arrest. He's in for doing “aerosol art.” Its got way less Dickage and more cats, so y'all might like this one.
A new webseries from the WB features Rob Corddry and actually looks funny. Though the funny might just be all coming from Stephen Colbert’s voiceover work in the trailer, I can’t be sure.
Just when you thought they couldn’t get any weirder, Seinfeld and Gates release their second commercial. This one titled, “New Family”. At 4.5 minutes long, the ads come off more as a really bad web series than a viral commercial.
The 45-second trailer for Seth MacFarlane’s Cavalcade of Cartoon Comedy is now live on YouTube! And, unsurprisingly, it looks a lot like Family Guy.
Comedian Mitch Magee’s wonderfully bizarre web series is absurdist comedy at its finest. From the disturbing opening theme music to the creepily slow close-ups, “Welcome To My Study” is essentially like watching Mr. Rogers on ‘ludes and house arrest.
Business Buzz Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlanes has a deal in the works to make a web series for Google. The series, 50 two-minute-long episodes, will run in the AdSense slot on various web sites. The mini-episodes will only play when clicked on, and Google will be charging a higher advertising rate than for the usual AdSense slots. Will the future of Google advertising be content?

It’s pretty much hipster porn, complete with awkward fumbling and poignant pillow talks. You’ll be aroused and cringing at the same time.
