Coca-Cola defends lawsuit against its product “vitaminwater” by claiming that “no consumer could reasonably be misled into thinking vitaminwater was a healthy beverage.”
Late last week a federal judge ruled that Glaceau Brands deceptively advertises Vitamin Water as healthy. The judge basically said what we knew all along: Vitamin Water is a non-carbonated fruit coke disguised as a sports drink. It only took 15 years for them to realize this.
Activate is a new drink that stores vitamins and herbs as powder in a chamber inside the cap in order to keep the nutrients fresh. The packaging is kind of nuts. Just looking at that neon-colored liquid makes me feel refreshed already.
