The trailer for the long-awaited Peter Jackson-produced alien flick has arrived — complete with matching online viral marketing! The Internet's abuzz with rumors about the realistic effects and creepy multiple websites that all connect to the film's story, which involves aliens living in “slum-like conditions on Earth suddenly find a kindred spirit in a government agent that is exposed to their biotechnology.” Does this not ring any bells with anyone else? Did we all forget last summer's epic Blair Witch -ian battle against aliens codenamed Cloverfield ? I'm still having NYC nightmares.
