TECH BUZZ: Much like Facebook changing their TOS (though for very, very different reasons), Tumblr has launched a mini-controversy after suspending five users due to recent changes in their community policy. The five removed accounts were each devoted to reblogging and mocking other people's posts. Should users who regularly abuse/harass/mock other users be allowed to stay in the community or banned? Or is it exactly the plethora of voices that makes a community strong and vibrant?
