The episode — appropriately titled “Crisis Control” — revolved around Liz's attempts to deal with offended co-workers, annoyed sponsors, angry mobs, and making statements to the press. It makes us wonder exactly how much was borrowed from the real-life situation that occurred over a year ago, and what's written into the show's script to make Tracy Morgan seem a little more sympathetic.
