The series, which wouldn't find its way to your television until midseason in 2013 at the earliest, will be filmed at Schrute Farms and will most likely revolve around Dwight running the family bed & breakfast.

Deadline has more details on the possible series:

“Paul and Rainn have been joking for years about Dwight’s life on the farm, his family and how ill-suited he is to run a B&B,” a source close to The Office said. “A while ago, it started to feel like a show to them. NBC agreed, it’s been further developed to include multiple generations, many cousins and neighbors."

No word on what this means for Newt.

Do any other fans of "The Office" (sans Carell) find this a bit worrisome for the rest of Dunder Mifflin/Sabre? At the very least, it'll make us miss moments like these.
