Seriously, who doesn’t want a piece of Rizzo the Rat?
Here’s every Christmas film and television show you should be watching. You’ll be happy to hear that this guide doesn’t include Mrs Brown’s Boys.
“KATY PERRY DYE HAIR LIKE ANIMAL!” — Animal, The Muppet
This mash-up video proves that the Muppets can really do anything.
From Lion King to Space Jam, how many of these classic (and not so classic) kids films did you see?
Somehow the Urkelbot wasn’t the weirdest thing on TGIF!
Who knew they had such beef with each other?
Kermit the Frog, who will be joining Lady Gaga on stage for a special duet version of “Applause”, has called the Thanksgiving special an “incredible opportunity.”
“It’s time to play the music, it’s time to light the lights, it’s time to call the police…”
“Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and it may be necessary from time to time to give a stupid or misinformed beholder a black eye.”
Kermit was not the first true Muppet “star.”
A delightfully geeky tribute. Via Mike Baboon Design.

Why did this magazine ever stop being published?!
Or at least, in Muppet history. From “The Muppets” this blooper reel just makes me want to hug Jason Segel forever.
Courtney Love says the Muppets “raped” Kurt Cobain by illegally performing “Smells Like Teen Spirit.” Now she’s lashing out at the “coward” Jason Segel in a strongly worded and incoherent online rant.
How did this not happen already? Check out Kermit the frog, Miss Piggy, Fozzie, Gonzo, Animal, Pepe, Sweetums and Walter posing for their big Hollywood moment.
Suck on that, Grammys. While America was giving all the awards to Adele, Miss Piggy was cuddling with Tom Hiddleston, Jon Hamm and Daniel Radcliffe in Britain. Can she do the pre-show for every awards ceremony now?

In honor of “The Muppets” opening this weekend, you can check out this trip down memory lane. Kermit and Gonzo guest-hosted “Larry King Live” in 1994. Their guests were Ted Koppel, David Gergen, supermodel Carol Alt, and Hulk Hogan. You can watch all of the nostalgic goodness here.
Put down the bass guitar and pick up a puppet, Michael Cera. You’re losing money here.
But Jigsaw is dead! If anyone still needed proof that the Muppets aren’t just for kids, this lastest parody should clear that up.
The Muppets are back, and, lest you wonder what to expect from their new movie, these four posters should clear things up. (via robotmutant.com)

I don’t know who is on The Muppet Movie marketing team but man do they ever get pop culture. This “Girl With The Dragon Tattoo” trailer parody nails it.
This combines two of my great loves: The Muppets and Pixar. Apparently everyone’s favorite peanut gallery made a cameo in “Presto” (which was shown originally before Wall-E).
