Sky seem unusually bright tonight? It's the fullest moon in 15 years! As the moon approaches its nearest point to the Earth, the full moon will look 30% bigger than other full moons.

A rare astronomical event aligned the stars on December 1st: Venus and Jupiter twinkle like two eyes above a crescent moon. This is an amazing shot.
