MUSIC BUZZ: A long-rumored Beatles track called Carnival of Light does in fact exist, and Sir Paul McCartney wants the world to hear it! It's said to be over 14 minutes long and features organ sounds, gargling and Beatles members shouting things like “Barcelona!” and “Are you all right?”. Awesome.

TECH BUZZ: Coming in 2009: A standalone version of Rock Band featuring nothing but the Beatles. Actually, the game isn’t being called Rock Band and there’s no telling yet which Beatles tunes will be included, but there is definitely some kind of game in the works which will feature the Beatles and the ability to play along with their songs.

CULTURE BUZZ: A Hard Day’s Night is the new four-star Beatles-themed hotel in Liverpool and features 110 individually designed bedrooms, including the specially created Lennon and McCartney suites. This is definitely on the high-design, luxurious end of the weird hotel trend. If you can’t afford to stay at the Beatles Hotel for your honeymoon (and at up to $1300 per night, who can?), there’s always The Dog Bark Park Inn.
