Red Sox cruise to a Game 6 victory over St. Louis and their third title in 10 seasons.
You will never see a weirder ending to an important baseball game in your life. Guaranteed.
St. Louis will face either Boston or Detroit for the championship.
“We were supposed to win.” Yeah and your parents weren’t supposed to film this and put it online, but sometimes the world disappoints.
The Braves didn’t play their best game, but their comeback was spoiled by one of the worst calls you can imagine.
It was a call so bad that the fans threw bottles onto the field. Did the umpires cost Atlanta their playoffs?
Cardinals pitcher Joe Kelly started one of the most unorthodox triple plays imaginable, only to have it called back by yet another head scratching umpire decision. Did Kelly catch the line drive or did it hit the dirt?
BuzzFeed Sports salutes you sir.
“Last question: do you think I’m pretty?” I think this lady just singlehandedly killed local news reporting.
Rafael Furcal should have found a better place to adjust himself. There’s a young and impressionable bat boy in there!
Well the best World Series game in at least 14 years (is 1997’s Game 7 really the last transcendent one? What am I forgetting?), maybe longer, took place last night. The St. Louis Cardinals shocked the Rangers by coming back from behind four times and basically winning the most dramatic baseball game of the season by far. How could this happen? Well some might blame Ron Washington’s terrible managing ability, but I personally blame Fox Dallas who sent this out last night in the 9th inning.
