Culture Buzz Luis Mijangos, a 31-year-old paraplegic who was injured in a gangland shooting, has been charged with using malware to steal sexually explicit images and videos off young women's computers and blackmailing his victims into sending him sex tapes. The “Sex Tape Hacker,” who victimized at least 44 girls and 186 women, threatened to “publish the images and let your family know about your dark side” if his victims failed to send him sex videos. Mijangos is also accused of remotely accessing laptops to watch women in intimate situations in their bedrooms. All in a day's work for an insane, sex-crazed, paraplegic gang member hacker.
