Style Buzz A new line of novelty baby shoes cleverly named Heelarious has created a high-heeled shoe for infants. The collapsible shoes are intended for baby girls who have not yet learned to walk, but still want to wear ‘fabulous’ footwear. Eww. I much prefer the trend of making adorable baby stuff into adult sizes; someone is obviously missing the point about the whole thing that makes babies cute (hint: it’s that they are tiny and innocent and don’t dress slutty).
Style Buzz Singer Beyoncé’s fashion line, House of Dereon, has created a collection for young girls. The controversial ad campaign features preschoolers in four inch heels, feather boas and looking generally trashy. I can only imagine how terrifying of the House of Dereon Baby collection must be.
Yikes. Looks like we have a really big problem here, society.
