With all the superhero movies out this summer, I figured that I would start casting for a SUPREME-HERO MOVIE to be released at a later date. Of course, if none of these actors are available, Samuel L. Jackson could just play everyone.
A sample of the audio version of Adam Mansbach's hit children's book, Go The Fuck To Sleep, as read by Samuel L. Jackson. Never was there a more perfect fucking union. You can download the whole thing for free over at Audible!
Celebrity Buzz An art show pitting the properties of film nerd powerhouses Quentin Tarantino and the Coen Bros. against one another. If this were a March Madness bracket, the championship bout would be between “Pulp Fiction” and “The Big Lebowski.” Here's hoping that “Miller's Crossing” is this year's Cinderella story. More info on the show from Spoke Art.
The eerie parallel between Samuel L. Jackson in “Black Snake Moan” and Jimmy McMillan of The Rent Is Too Damn High! Party. Neither of these photos has been doctored, promise. Kudos to Mike Bradshaw for the keen eye!
Celebrity Buzz Isaac Hayes and Bernie Mac star posthumously in Soul Men, a film coming out in November. The movie’s third star is Samuel L. Jackson. Jackson and Mac play two backup singers who reunite in honor of their deceased bandleader (Hayes). A “rule of threes” for celebrity deaths here would be most uncool.
