Apparently you can program road signs to say anything you want. It's probably pretty illegal, and I'm sure you'd get in a lot of trouble, but still, it's really cool. Check out the link, it's actually incredibly easy.
You can understand the English, but the Welsh part reads, “I am not in the office at the moment. Send any work to be translated.” This is why you should never trust the internet for your road sign translation needs.
