Is “racist” Joe Biden the perfect compliment for the first black Presidential nominee? Obama is on the verge of announcing his running mate . Picking Biden would show that Obama is not all uptight and politically correct. I mean, how could white voters resist supporting a black candidate who laughs at racist jokes?
